box either a selection of text or a single selection of mtext. It then
asks which corner of the box you wish the leader to start from unlike
mtext which automatically lines it to the text.

dimension an arc with the arc length asking for the arc, the position of
the dimension and the number of decimal places.

A routine that will add a centre line between two
existing lines selected by user. Alerts if line or nothing selected when
prompted. Creates line in existing layer and linetype for existing layer.
